Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to US mailing addresses only.  No international shipping at this time.

Q: What is your current shipping method?

A: All items will ship via Priority Mail in order to better insure your package arrives timely and safely. However, if your item is eligible for First Class shipping by weight, AND is safe to ship first class without needing extra packaging for protection, your items can ship first class. I will issue partial shipping refunds when first class shipping is available. If you have a small order that is eligible for first class shipping but prefer it to ship priority, please make a note in the comments when placing your order.

Q: What is your current shipping charge?

A: Shipping is currently a flat rate of $9.00 for Priority shipping. We reserve the right to increase shipping rates based on current postage rate increases.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  However, if you have a problem with your order after you receive it, please contact us immediately.  It's important to read all product descriptions and ingredient lists before ordering.  All products are packaged for safe delivery.  Once a package leaves our care, we cannot be responsible for any unsafe handling by the postal service.  However, we take pride in providing a quality product.  If your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us.  You will likely be asked to provide photographic proof of the damage.  Returns are not accepted due to fragrance dislikes.
